MESSAGE
Well done to all the pupils who took part in the Day of Dance, great fun was had by all in a wide variety of styles. Guest performers/teachers included Mat Beadle from We Will Rock You. Chris Earnest from Tap Dogs and Joanna Earnest who is a professional ballerina and was featured in the film Phantom of the Opera. Pictures are now ready for viewing in the Gallery. Details of all forthcoming special events below!!! Do
not hesitate to call the school office at any time if you want a chat
about your child, or indeed need guidance as to what classes should be
taken. I will recommend that pupils who have reached grade 3 ballet
should be taking at least two classes a week to maintain their standard
now achieved. Modern is also recommended; it promotes strength and co
ordination and helps the centres of the body for added posture. Please
attend as many classes as possible. We realize that children do other
activities but if they want to go into the arts now is the time to get
those grades to enable entrance into professional schools. Attending
syllabus, performance and body conditioning classes will enhance and
achieve a full training which is required to be an all round performer.
Please call the office if you need any advice. Special
