NEWSLETTER MARCH 2012

Please note major timetable changes will take place next term.
Please check the timetable on line www.dance4you.co.uk
If you have any problems please call or email the office.

For those of you who don’t know the Dance Company main studios burnt down in December 2008, we are finally on the last stages of reinstating the building and we will hopefully be up and running very very soon.
Please see our press release  on line  http://t.co/DouDcIRc

Do not hesitate to call the school office at any time if you want a chat about your child, or indeed need guidance as to what classes should be taken. I will recommend that pupils who have reached grade 4 ballet should be taking at least two classes a week to maintain their standard now achieved. It is impossible to take a yearly exam on one class a week.
Modern is also recommended; it promotes strength and co ordination and helps the centres of the body for added posture.

Please attend as many classes as possible. We realize that children do other activities but if they want to go into the arts now is the time to get those grades to enable entrance into professional schools. Attending syllabus, performance and body conditioning classes will enhance and achieve a full training which is required to be an all round performer.
